Please note that oneworld alliance has revised the definition of "Travel Partner" as follows:

"Any one person nominated and registered by the Employee or Retiree as their chosen travel companion in place of a spouse"

Accordingly, the Company has taken a decision to revise the Staff Travel Policy as follows:

• The Travel Partner facility will only be eligible to employees who are unmarried, including those who are divorced or widowed.
• Travel Partner facility will be discontinued for married employees.
• The issuance of tickets for Travel Partner for maried emplloyees will be discontinued with effect from 01st October 2025.
• TIckets issued prior to 01st October 2025 will remain valid until the end of their respective validity periods; revalidations/ reroutes will not be allowed.

Further, please note that the Company will closely moniter the usage of the Travel Partner facility to ensure it aligns with the purpose of vacation travel as outlined in the Staff Travel Policy. Employees found using these privileges for purposes other than those stated will be subject to strict displinary action. These regulations will apply to the Travel Partner as well.
